Miranda Pearson was born in England and came to Vancouver, Canada in 1991.
Her poetry has been published widely in literary journals and anthologies, and her first collection “Prime” was published in 2001. Miranda’s latest book “The Aviary” was released in 2006 from Oolichan Books and was awarded the Alfred G. Bailey prize.
She teaches in Simon Fraser University’s Writing and Publishing program.
